Description

WeeTect ECE R43 Abrasion Resistant Polycarbonate Windshield (WTR43ARPW) is made by which can pass ECE R43 abrasion resistant testing. The light scatter will not exceed 10 percent after 500 cycles. It is made by optical clear polycarbonate sheet with thermoformable anti-fog coating and anti-scratch coating on both sides.

WeeTect can co-extruded ECE R43 abrasion resistant polycarbonate sheet from 1mm to 12mm. We will do optical vacuum forming or pressure forming and use 5-axis CNC to cut off the trim. Silk screen in advance is ok. WeeTect also hold another technology which can do vacuum forming or pressure forming before abrasion resistant coating. After forming, we will do post-coat which can pass ECE R43 haze rate below 10% after 500 cycles.

You can punch or CNC cutting to any size then thermoform or cold bend in your tooling to any shape.
